Gregory Cole founded the ProCarpet business in 1993 after years as a technician in the industry. He learned from the ground up exactly how to deal with most of the problems people were dealing. From there he was able to determine the most valuable aspects in his industry, extensive training and the most advanced equipment/technology. These two things along with his personal business philosophy have seen his business grow from a single niche to multiple areas in the industry, as well as geographically.
